Wow that is so sad. Truly. My sympathies go out to his family and friends.
Once you're over 40 please go and get a referral to a Cardiologist for a heart check up. You may have a ticking time bomb in your chest and not know it. Being fit doesn't guarantee that your heart is perfect, it may have issues unrelated to obesity or lifestyle.

Gee sad news, only 59. Way too young.
Very sad
Had a few drinks with him and his wife a few years ago, they are friends of a friend, very sad. He was one of only 2 or 3 players from that dogs team that I respected, I hated those bulldogs teams with a passion but I couldn't dislike him for some reason.
