Plenty of people are giving Sterlo credit for getting the NSW team selection right-finally. Sterlo has stated time and time again that he has no interest in the stress of being head coach and given he's had no formal coaching experience to date I can understand that.
But what about being assistant coach to Arthur. He could still do his media commitments but assist in team selection and strategy. If anything this could enhance/prolong his life in the media given he has a more active role in the game itself.
Jason Taylor seems to have been a big success since joining the Roosters as assistant coach going by what the players and Robinson have said about him.
Its a role I'd really like to see Sterling in and I think it would be a win for him and for us.

I guess the rest of the NRL commission don't have any idea of what they are talking about so why would this clown. The only issue the NRL would have with the Eels now is that Burnie Gurr runs the show & he is way to smart for them to even try to take on.
