Sterlo and gilbert support Anderson

Watching the sunday footy show this morning to see peter sterling and tim gilbert throw there support behind Anderson. Sterling qouted that he thought the situation with ando was "shabby" and that reckoned coaches need to be in there for the long run. I cant help but agree. have we not learnt from other situations like state of origin that sticking to individuals is whats needed for long term success? Ando should atleast have another 2 seasons to continue as coach. swapping and changong is not the answer.

  • it is shabby but i think not all the players support ando or the board he should go.
  • Nah 5/8 is absolutely correct. 4 coaches since 2006 that is as bad as Real Madrid. It is a recipe for disaster.
Progress for progress' sakes is wrong and this will end badly for kearney if he is to come.
Think in two years are we going to say the same things?
"Oh while we need stability i think kearney has lost the players and so he needs to go.'

'Oh he made this mistake so he needs to go'

Bottom line Ando has not been at the club long enough to make real long term change. TO reset with Kearney then we will lose what we gained form these pat two years.
