can any stats guys on here answer this 

when was the last season we finished with a positive in for& against

how many times under brian smith did we miss the playoffs

who coached us to our biggest loss

    Mick Cronin biggest loss 68-0

    Last positive F&A - last year 39+

    Brian Smith question - 2003 and 04. (Not 100% sure).

      Before 2017, 2009 was our last year we finished on positive points.

    We finished last season with a +39 point differential

    We only missed 2003 & 2004 with Brian Smith giving him a 80% success rate for getting us in the finals.

    And Mick Cronin was the coach for when we had our biggest loss 68-0 against Canberra in 1993.

      He signed Piggy Riddell and PJMarsh to have the best hooker rotation in the comp and Timana Tahu in the prime of his career.

      Don't discount the signings of Glenn Morrison and Paul stringer also.
      The major factor was a rookie named Tim Smith who provided over 50 try assists that year (still a record) without ever being rivaled as he teamed up with John Morris providing an odd but successful couple.
      We also had the best bench in Marsh, Dean Widders and Moi Moi with winders being a stand out.
      Ben Smith was sensational at centre too.

      He had an extremely talented Tim Smith. Obviously that talent couldn't overcome psychological issues.

      Nudger the Bush coach also holds the record for being the only coach in history to break 4 losing margin records with the one club . Brad Arthur is the feces of coaching and to think we have fans who think BA actually deserves to remain coach .
