100% agree Bup. My other pet hate is the attacking players either walking off the mark at the play the ball and either taking our markers out of the defensive line or milking a penalty as happened to Tep in the first half soon followed by a try to the sharks.
Refs seem to pick and choose what they will penalise from week to week. One week those kind of incidents are penalised and then they ignore them the next week and focus on something else. Its almost like the refs have limited brain capacity which only allows them penalise a limited number of infringements each week and no more than that.
We can't win a penalty count anywhere. If we played against aliens from some far off planet the only thing I'd be sure of is that we would lose the penalty count. Assuming its NRL refs controlling the game.
