I haven,t watched it yet but have seen lots of rave reviews about this series. Still not sure if I want to watch it as I heard it is something that the future may evolve into. Has anyone seen it?

wish I had watched it before my 13 year old did.
Thought i had to explain certain scenes to him however he ended up explaining them to me.
oh tad , put your big boy pants on and watch it youll be okay, my 16 year old baby daughter is doing fine after watching it. Shes able to distinguish between make believe movies and real life..... Go figure. 👍

Its actually pretty good becuase its just so different, and keeps you intrigued, my daughter and i binged watched it all one weekend. Mind you the wife didnt like it and stopped watching. It probably overrated to be honest with all the hype. It was better watching it with no expectation.
Tad, it's a game show taken to the absolute extreme. The storyline is very relevant the modern day society problems, where the gap between the rich and poor is constantly widening. For mine its very much worth watching.
If you've seen the Korean movie Parasite which deals with similar themes, you'll like this. Parasite is an unbelievable movie Tad, watch that first.
Also, don't watch it in English, use subtitles with Korean language with squid games
I reckon Parasite is better but they're both worth a look for sure. Definitely don't use the English dub, it makes everything sound corny
The voice overs are class... up there with monkey magic
Netflix just have a huge audience and market things well, so they go viral.
If it was released on a different platform it wouldn't have anywhere near as many people talking about it.
