Spam user

Hi all, many of you would have received a message from a spam user. 

We keep deleting this person every time they pop up, but I've put in place a simple question all Eels fans would know that needs to be answered before you can register.

Hopefully, that sorts out the issue and we don't have to go to the extreme of having to approve all new members but rest assured we're keeping an eye on the issue.
