Michael McGuire .. a Premiership winning coach within the last 3 seasons no less, was punted at the end of the season as it was clear his ideas and game plans were stale and he was no longer getting the best out of his players . Last year they had plenty of effort on their games but they looked rudderless with no attacking plans and a heap of block plays. Sound familiar?

Spot on, this was the last year of Brads cycle, everything was building towards this year, im afraid we cant go on any further with him and expect success, hes cooked.

sometimes ideas get stale . Gotta recognise the warning signs before another season is wasted .
The warning signs to me is he is he has no game plan . We won games based on effort and attention to detail last year and now those have slipped he doesn’t have a clue what to implement to stop the slide. We worked on those shitty block plays the last 3 years so like hell we’re throwing them out . annoying.
