Brad doesn't understand this and never will. The defense in many games has been deplorable for many years under this coach.
Also, I can't believe the team's lack of patience with the ball especially when we're on top absolutely shocking. I really don’t think brad understands what's going on and how to fix it. Why can't jnr and Cartwright just run hard and only pull out the fancy stuff when its definitely on. We aren't a team who builds pressure

Sterlo very easily describes how Brad Arthur trained boys dont know what they are looking for and should be working from the inside in defense and that the centres are making the wrong calls and not understanding their man is the one that will end up being second in from the sideline not the bloke with the ball trying to engage them.
That attacker that ends up two in from the sideline usually starts his run out the back and moves from behind the man with the ball out towards his winger creating the dreaded overlap that we get done by week in week out, due to poor decisions.
BA has had a decade to understand it and teach it and still our team is failing this simple principle.
