First I have the utmost respect for Foran as a player, leader and a person and if he wants to come then I am overjoyed. But not if his heart isn't in it - does not matter how good you are, if you are not giving 100% then it won't be good enough.
1. If his heart was in it he would plan to move out this way and not leave one foot in Manly. Like Gower moved here and will bring his kids up here (as Parra supporters?).
2. Foran said "I did not waver". WTF? What are we, the valley of death. Seriously, I know things have been better but we are not that bad. Instead of" I did not waver" it should be I really want to come and play for BA and with Choc and the boys.
3. Since Foran is coming to work with BA and our players primarily, the incident with the executive should not have deterred Foran that much. Understandable he would be angry for a few days, but from what we know of what happened, if he was keen to come this should not have got in the way.
4. Sounds like we are starting to beg. If you have to beg a girl to go out with you (or a minor incident stuffs it up) then it probably was not going to work out that well anyway.
5. Think how much sweeter it will be to win a premiership with mostly our juniors that BA has coached from the start and not have it credited to buying our way there.
