    And that's the difference now. As supporters we know what we will get every week. We don't get flogged any more and we tough it out where we used to give up. Plenty to look forward to with this team.

  Agree Ken, so much grit out there, they never gave up, outstanding under the circumstances, very proud of the boys and all the training staff.

  Make no mistake cronulla were at their best tonight and deserved their win. But how we even stayed in it is remarkable. I too am so proud.

  Gees what could have been this year.
  Gee we're hard to beat. And we only seem to give up tries right in the corners. You can't go through us. Melbourne are the same.

    Actually, Sharks marched through the middle a few times. Just not when we are in our quarter. Only in the middle third of the field. So that's something for BA to address. For next year

  Well said, that is something we supporters can take from this shit year, we now have a coach and team to be extremely proud of.  I never thought the powers that be would allow us to come even close tonight and to see our boys play their hearts out until the final moment and get so close and make a real game of it will all they have been through, makes me very proud indeed.

  After what's gone down this year, this group just keeps turning up. With nothing else to cheer for the team itself continues to be worthy of our support, irrespective of how many points the NRL tell us we can keep.
