  • More like he signed with a Qld cup team so he could hit the cans without media scrutiny
    • haha
  • I sat and spoke with tim smith, i told him what his main problem on the field was , he is simply very predictable and needed to go away to work on his game , learn to keep sides guessing , use varied kicks, flick passes, long and short balls as well as knowing when to do what.

He agreed that he needed time and im sure that he took it away when he left the eels.

It would be nice to see him back playing nrl , but i feel he missed the bus when the eels pulled away . He should have taken time out but stay wilth the eels who would have worked him through all issues and his career may have been saved
  • I'm very surprised nobody was interested in picking him up as a backup.
    • yeah, the titans will chase greg bird, the roosters will sign todd carney.. but no club wants tim smith. doesnt make much sense
