Good point frank, the 5 minutes probably needs to be revisited and we need consistency across the board, i recon we are at the point where there needs to be a summit regarding the interpretations of rules and the consistency of how they are applied, its a freakin joke atm.
The sin bin could still be used for some offenses eg deliberate head high etc.
