Signs

Was just thinking of this the other day. Why don't we or Parra Stadium devout a bay or section of the ground where eels supporters can have huge banners and signs, like sum guy had at the raiders vs broncos game "Only soft Hunts play AFL" lol. Would definately make the ground more threatening and lively. Also on the lively part, someone or some people should be allowed to bring in sum drums so when the parra chant goes up, we hear and see drums plyed, not 6 year old kids bangin on seats or the sideline fence.Just a suggestion, and we need people with the time and resources to do all of that...

  • The Bugle!!!
Those of you not older then 35-40 may not know about the "Bugle"... Years ago at Parra games (Cumberland oval) someone would bring one and play..
So funny as if someone got flogged they would play the "Last Post"
Or if a teams was going well they would play the "caveraly" tune...(you know from those old cowboy movies) lolol I still remember it.
    Bring back the "Bugle"
  • So, does anyone else have an opinion on this? just noticed it went down the blog pecking order after tahu's switch etc...lol
  • that will be real good acually
  • I love the idea.  Bring in the drums, bring in the bugles, bring in the cavalry, bring in Rin Tin Tin.

Atmosphere is what will sharpen up the team.
