Well if I could keep one player on our roster it would be Junior Paulo. I think he is the premier front rower and someone , and probably the only one , that I would be devastated to lose.
Reed & Junior need to be the next 2 signatures. 600k for 4 years is a good offer for Reed, hell even give him a bit of a bump for next year that he's contracted to help sweeten the deal. Not sure what junior is after, but we need him as well. Again I'd be comfortable with a long term deal for Junior, he's getting into the sweet spot of his career for a prop.
Next tier of priorty for me is Gutho, Papa & D Brown. We can lose one of these guys I believe, but that's probably it. D Brown I believe has a player option, don't know what he's doing there. We have papa on the cheap next week so offering him more next year and an extension would be fair, but reality is we may lose him to the tigers. Gutho's gone to market and worked out we're his best offer I believe, so I think he will re-sign.
I love how Marata plays but if the rumours of warriors offering close to 600k, we need to let him go. His role in our team doesn't command that kind of salary.
Want to pay players what they're worth, but not overs. Thats important. However we may need to sacrafice a player or two to keep the critical ones.

I can say this people are absolutely mad if they think we as a club haven't played this out the right way! In years gone past all we used to hear was Parra have signed this player and that player on a massive long term deal worth x amount. Every single player will be offered contracts by the club for what their worth TO US. If Reed wants to sign with the dogs for 50k more a year then guess what Parra will find another Reed it's that simple. He isn't the only decent hooker coming off contract. I'm loving the way this is playing out and I'm quietly confident we can keep the majority of the squad bar 1 or 2 players
It looks like ame saga as 2001. I would get a gun 1 and build the team on MM , Reed and a awesome full back. Gutho is too slow for me and lately he has been making wrong descisions. We need someone young speedster.
