  • Wondering if he would work next to Moses ? He seems to be very hands on the footy and does a lot of the kicking. Maybe Moses into more a running 6 role ? Braith is pretty close with Ryles and it would be a good landing spot for Pezet. We'll see what happens

    • One of Pezet's biggest strengths  is his kicking game. Looking at how dominant Mitch is I would imagine they would clash.

Even though I like Pezet, I feel like we need a running 5/8 to complement Mitch's game so it provides diffuses of attack.

Metcalf would be sensational next to Mitch.

      • I made a post about Metcalf couple of months ago too.

      • If they can somehow convince wishart to leave Melbourne he would be insanely good but they never the Storm 😂

    • Pezet to me is similar to Hawkins but with a better kicking game. Don't know if he would suit Moses, unless Moses reverts to more of a 5/8, with emphasis on his running game.

Wishart on the other hand would be better suited to the Eels halves.

  • Yep said exactly this a couple of months back.

    • Wishart next to Moses would be a perfect fit, just tough to get these guys out of Melbourne

  • Thank God the puppies lost.

Would of been unbearable had they won, now for Panthers to end their season next week.

    • Can't wait to see the Dogs bundled out in straight sets after all the while Galvin debacle.

  • Can't see them letting him go now. Wishart seems the one who is down the pecking order and can move into 9 once Lorenzo breaks through.
Pezet did look great tonight but hard to see him leaving.

"To be fair, Ryles also said Iongi and Papali'i would battle for Fullback spot this year. Iongi came to pre-season much later than Joash. We all knew Iongi would get it.
Sometimes that can be media speak."

"Pops, good blog.
Ryles has shown he’s not afraid to blood rookies and juniors over established players: Ryley, TDS, Kautoga, Papali’i, Samrani, Tuivaiti, Iongi. Imports or Ours.
It’s never going to be a perfect process, some players will leave if…"
