Should we give Des Hasler a ring?

Awful start to the year. I was sitting on the fence about Brad Arthur but these first few rounds may have settled the argument.2014 we should have made the finals but choked in the final rounds. Maybe Inexperience?2015 we had a terrible roster and I gave us no chance. Write off year.2016 salary cap mess knee capped us. Would have made the finals if we weren't docked points.2017 we overachieved and made the finals. However we crashed back to earth in the post season and were humbled in the finals.2018? While it is extremely early the signs are ominous. We surrendered a strong lead one game and then were destroyed in the next.So the question remains. Do we want a proven coach or more unknowns? Do we ring Des Hasler right now while he is available or do we wait until the end of the year when another club has already snapped him up and we are left with the dregs. When was the last time the Parramatta Eels had a coach we could be proud of? Whose vision we believed in? Who was proven with sustained success. It doesn't have to be Des Hasler. But who else is a proven quantity and attainable this year?

  • Fuck no

    • When is Bellamy free?

  • Hahaha, BA is ok . We will be fine .  Just needs to drop a few dickheads .

    • Curious about who you would drop?
  • Remember we got hammered by East's early last year and that sparked us into action. Every team goes through bad times, the good ones find a way out.
  • The only 1 that should be dropped is BA. As for French he is over rated and a winger at best and average 1 at that.

  • Hassler the one , French is too small , Jayne foolback
  • FMD are you on drugs? Did you not see what he did to the Dogs? He destroyed that club. NO THANKS!!!

    • I saw them make 2 grand finals actually. His record is much better than BAs if we are being honest.
    • How did he leave the Sea Eagles? Oh yeah, with a grand final win. Lol.

"Same, Kurupt. Whatever the outcome, Jim, Beach, Ryles and the club stood united and stood their ground when they were meant to roll over for the Storm and PLV, discreetly. Moses SC has also been brilliant."
