Poppa has raised this a number of times so I thought I'd open up a vote.
He has suggested the club have a $5 membership option as a notional membership. It would mostly be for those wanting a way to gift a membership to a younger relative/s that live interstate and wouldn't include match tickets. Is this something you think the club should bring in?

if we recruited some proper mods I'd be all for paying 5$, & sir super should be the first mod to go.
Ok so I've read it twice and it's a club membership so no, I wouldn't be in favor of it as memberships are a large part of club revenue meaning it would most likely take away as many would opt for the cheapest non ticketed.

What has that got to do with the Mods? Its a grown up site. Its not the Mods job to be continually pulling grown up adults into line. If they read the 'Code of Conduct' and attempted to put it into practice there wouldn't be any issues at all. However, both Mods are doing there best to keep the streets clean. If the trouble makers are ignored they will eventually give up as their attention seeking is no longer gratified.
it's not a strictly adult site. Children who are just becoming league fans come on here and are highly influential at that age.
You as are moderator are responsible for what these kids are reading, All they want is to read positive news about the football club they follow but are subjected to the daily diatribe that eventuates because of the lax moderation that has built these issues up over time.
I repeat again, You as a moderator are responsible for what children read, and the overall perception that this site.

We have full time jobs and families and come on here when we can and when we see something inappropriate we deal with it.
I have shut down blogs and deleted many inappropriate posts that aren't within the sites code of conduct.
You yourself have said questionable things on here.
Now if you think neither Monto or myself aren't doing a good enough job I suggest you PM Super about it instead of having a whinge in a blog.

This just proves what we already knew
"It only takes 5 minutes". Chief, I don't think you're aware of the amount of work mods put in on this site on a daily basis. There are at least a dozen active blogs and over 100 comments made in a day during the off-season. None of the mods are on here full time, myself included. We are all doing our best to manage the different personalities of the members across the site. If we applied the COC black and white there wouldn't be anyone on the site.

If you spent half as much time contributing worthwhile comments on this site as you do in complaining about everyone else, you might get more enjoyment from it.
Now if the content on this site is not to your liking then maybe you should try TCT or another supporters site.
