  • Has it been confirmed that Kingston wont be here next year Nick.parra.90
  • Kingston is an impact player thats why he comes off the bench, the sharks didn't want him parra aren't likely to re-sign him and no other club is knocking on his door. As for Keating, he has re-signed for 2 more yrs at parra so they clearly see him as the number 1 hooker at the club and imo he proves that week in week out. Cameron Smith wasn't the player he is now in only his second yr in the NRL.

I 100% dont rate your oppinion Tanklnpjones, how many NRL games did you play ?????
  • No, no he should not.
  • YES HE SHOULD!!!!!!!!! Kingston is a gun hooker, much better attacking hooker than matt keating.
  • Keating/ Kingston good combination keep them both.
  • kingston>keating, however i like their rotation and would keep kinga at 14.

if you've got any sense parra, resign kingston
    • i swear u got a point
  • This subject is getting very boring it has been talked about for weeks now get over it at this stage MK is starting hooker Kingston only looks good for 10 minutes cause he is on fresh legs MK has done 50 solid minutes before he comes on
    • Tbh i actually though MK had below average game on Sunday. Defensivley he was great as usual, but i thought he could have run the footy a bit more, honestly we had the knights beat by the 10th minute mark, by that time our forwards had already gained a huge advantage in their runs and defense.

On the back of this forward momentum MK really had the chance to take the game into his own hands, and he didn't. Kingston came on a immediately saw the oppurtunities around the ruck and capitilised on them. His ball distribution was also first class.

I'm with you noknob, MK is solid but, Kinga is a class hooker. Imagine Kingston starting 9 next season, with Mitchell off the bench.... Ahhhhh we can only dream.
  • What annoys me is how everyone says that Kinga is a better attacking hooker.

For one, Kinga plays a more attacking role, and Keating plays more of an organising role. And also, Kinga comes on when the forwards are getting tired around the ruck, and he is fresh. It is much easier to attack when you have no one trying to tackle you...

I see it either being a close game with Parra winning or us winning by over 12 points."
