I'd say that's probably our biggest issue alongside holding the bloody ball. We continually struggle to build repeat sets. We'll do it one week and then not do it the next. I've always believed that the cross-field bomb should be the surprise tactic, not the norm unless you've got a Daniel Tupou with terrific hands and a great leap on a wing. The grubber in behind should always be the go. Hit it on the belly of the ball so it doesn't kick on, makes it harder for the fullback to clean up and is easier to force a grounding. It also removes the chance of a 20 metre restart due to catching it on the full.
