I know this will come as no surprise to anyone that isn't a storm fan but there is an article on foxsports website that has this massive cheat saying he doesn't think it's fair that players salaries be made public.

His justification is that the bricky up the road doesn't have to divulge his salary and no other job in the world has to, which is obviously wrong as you can go on google now and see every registered NFL players salary.

With no sense of irony he thinks players and clubs will just lie anyway

If it wasn't for him and the rest of those cheating pricks the doubts wouldn't be as strong as they are today about clubs cheating the cap.

I couldn't stand this guy before and didn't think I could dislike him any more than I already do but here we are

  • As much as I hate him too, I think you will find that there would be a lot of player support behind him, given that pretty much all clubs have cheated the salary cap at some point, and most probably are still doing it now.

    • I agree with you that no other players want it but it does make it easier to police the salary cap. As it is on the public record it also makes it transparent to the point that if they are found to be lying about what they make and are caught by the ATO they will be in real trouble

    • Agreed, but he's still wrong. But, it has to be included in the CBA, and the players will rightly want something in return.

  • Cam Smith future immortal player, crap bloke.

    • The fact a clean skin and unbelievable talent like Brett Kenny is not going to be an immortal but this cheat is does my head in

      • Yep fucken ridiculous.

      • 💯 Jason once that cheating clown retired the game breathed again! I can't remember 1 player having such a shitty influence on the game, how 1 club put the entire game over a barrel is mind boggling...

        • Even the way he left the game Mick. Had to keep everyone wondering what he was going to do. Prima Donna who has zero credibility and doesn't have the right to discuss anything to do with the salary cap

  • Lol of course the accountant cheating looking peice of shit would say that...I like the idea! Anything that promotes transparency and possibly limits the chances of potential cap scandal must be a positive

    • Couldn't agree more

Sport is not like any other job as I could give a shit what two different bricklayers make as it doesn't effect the outcome of a product that so many people enjoy.

I am still upset to this day that we don't get the 2009 premiership. If anyone cheats in the Olympics or even the tour de France the person that comes second automatically gets first place.

The thing that erks me is that he and the other storm players think they've been hard done by
