I really hope this message reaches you, Steve. It's time to do what's best for the club and just go. Normally I'd be the first to call out media reports such as the ones released today as heavily biased and agenda driven (which of course they are; you can tell how much the journalists like Paul Kent are loving this). But looking past this, it's damning that once again very damaging leaks are seeping out of the boardroom and becoming public knowledge. I'm not in a position to say whether the club has done the wrong thing in regards to these latest leaks, but this constant mudslinging just cannot continue. The players don't deserve it and the fans have had more than enough of the drama. It's terrifying to think that this could go on for the whole season.
Now believe me, Steve, it's very plain to me and many other fans that you have unfairly had to put up with constant destabilising factions that have sought to bring you down. These people involved are selfish, egocentric, immature, and wholly unprofessional and I pray they never gain control of the club. But the fact is they have loaded themselves with ammunition and now intend to unleash. I fear that these fresh leaks are just the beginning. The upcoming AGM looms as something that is set to become volatile and threatens to derail our season. There is no doubt that the media will also be there ready to pounce on the drama. Make no mistake, people want your head.
But you can prevent this. Stand down and hopefully the leaks will stop. If these latest leaks end up costing the club competition points you will be run out of town anyway. You can be sure of that. You've done some really great things for this club and saved us from the corrupt and crooked Spagnolo but please, spare the club this chaos and just stand down and walk away. It's the only thing left to do.

Who is going to take his place from the current board EWRA?
You know who is next in line, id presume thats Issa, Steves right hand man, the grass is not always greener mate.
True. An election would have to be called for this year. A new board needs to be installed that will hopefully be free of destabilisation. I can't believe I'm saying this but maybe the NRL should become involved just to appease them in order to avoid punishment for these apparent latest breaches.
Sharp simply has too many enemies. He's been hard done by but he's also dug his own grave. He simply has to go and then we need to elect a new board.
If Sharp steps down the backstabbers win.
How can he not with all of this rubbish. Seriously?
And if he doesn't the club and fans lose out, i know you are fond of useless nobodies like Morgs,Kelly and Sef Paulo. No surprises you are also a sharp fan as well, he means well but is not up to the job, just like the gimps you continually find excuses for.
Principle.
