  Semi was fine, Alex is a paraplegic. That's a low bow to draw to compare the two.

  Commentators are fine.. Voss brandy and gas are actually pretty neutral.. In fact, gaz seems to really love parra, voss is great in small doses..
  Nothing in the semi thing.. And like eelsBrad said Alex is in a bloody wheel chair.. Enough said

    Gaz LOVES the eels, always has. He said Manu Ma'u is his favourite player in the NRL.  Would have been great if Gaz wore the blue and gold at some point in his career.

  Wtf was that call from the reffs when semi clearly knocked it on in the field off play . He knocked it going for the bomb it bounced forward in the field off play why the hell was it a 20m tap to Newcastle , honestly that's mod league reffing absolutely horrible

    I agree with kng. I reckon semi touched it and it bounced before the goal line so should have been a scrum for a knock on. Not a 20m tap

  Even if he did touch it, the ball still went dead in goal which is a 20m tap.

  Accidental or not, Semi was penalised for a similar incident against the Storm.

  The problem is consistency. Its a lottery as to which way the call goes in any given game.

  We got a couple od lucky calls and so did the Knights, but you have to wonder how the refs keep having different interpretations. As soon as Peni (I think it was) was lifted off the ground while being driven back into the in goal it should have been held. These really arent 50/50 calls they are the Refs basics.

  Anyway, we got the win. Im worried about what sort of team we can pull together against the Titans in 2 weeks.

  Semi didn't get hurt, ok. I say it is pure luck! Did you see how high he was when Uate touched him and took him away from vertical?
