Stumbled across this post on one the Eels Facebook groups and it really caught my attention and made some interesting claims.

I am coaching a Fijian rugby league team for a nines competition. One of the guys is best mates with semi (likely story I know) however when we trained a couple of weeks ago semi called him and they were talking on the phone. It was FaceTime there was proof.
Long story short. Semi is done with rugby union he is homesick. He has proved the point he wants to prove. He wants to come back to Australia and really wants to come back to parramatta. He doesn’t care about the money it means nothing to him. The only reason he went to rugby was because it’s Fiji’s national sport and what he grew up playing and loving.
It’s up to the club if they sign semi. But this I can guarantee you. The only way we miss out on semi is if the club decides not to sign him. It won’t be money related for him to go elsewhere.
This is the reason that Jennings has not he re-signed."

A rumour on Facebook is almost as good as a club statement. Semi is coming back for sure!
You can`t have too many good players, Sign both of them and then get a front rower to counter the likes of Solomona etc. Its only money!

It's not about money, he doesn't care about money, hmmmm, is that why he was always asking for more money each and every year after he signed a new upgraded contract last time he was here?.
I would sign Semi and have him and Sivo on the wings and push Fergo into the centres with Waqa and forget about Mennings (don't re sign him).
