THE Semi Radradra saga has placed a blight on Parramatta’s so called ‘fresh start’.
So what should Semi do next?
Dean Ritchie and Christian Nicolussi debate whether or not the Fijian flyer should leave the NRL:
Why Semi should leave the NRL
I WISH the Semi Trailer would jump into his over-hyped rig and motor straight out of rugby league.
Like many others in our game, I have just about had enough of Semi Radradra. Yes, he is powerful, yes, he is a tryscorer, yes, he is a cult hero.
EELS: No chance of Semi joining Toulon
TURMOIL: Another dark day for rugby league looms
But he is becoming a right-royal pain in the you-know-what. If he wants to leave rugby league for French rugby, then bloody well go.
Buzz off. Scram. See you later. The game has replaced star players for the past 108 years.
Twice recently this bloke has failed to adhere to club deadlines. There was a warrant out for his arrest two days ago.
Who does he think he is?
Poor bloody Parra are working desperately hard to restore some pride and credibility to their trashed club. They certainly don’t need this rubbish.
He may well be innocent but Radradra will now fight three domestic violence charges on February 13 — just 20 days before Parramatta’s season kick-off.
I always think Radradra has that ‘show me the money’ look about him. A mercenary.
If he doesn’t want to embrace our great game — and behave — then leave.
Type ‘Pacific Highway’ into your GPS and hit the accelerator.
We could all use a break.

Why Semi should stay in the NRL
HEY Semi, on behalf of every rugby league fan, “reste s’il vous plaît’’.
According to my limited French, that translates to “please stay’’.
But seriously, ignore this Mourad Boudjellal and his French rugby cash.
Plus, what does Toulon have to offer that downtown Parramatta doesn’t?
You are a 24-year-old man.
You have some serious allegations you must deal with before the courts.
As for your career moving forward, make it rugby league.
And make sure it is with Parramatta, not sneaky uncle Wayne and his Broncos.
The Eels have struggled for too long.
Westies are used to doing it tough, but never this tough.
Parramatta finally have a roster capable of doing something.
For the first time in a long time, they also actually have some extra cash in their salary cap to play with.
You should be a part of this.
Keep scoring tries for fun. Keep steam-rolling forwards when carting the ball up. Kids want to be the next Semi.
The only person linking you to French rugby is mad Mourad.
Nobody would begrudge you or your manager for testing the market.
The only reason there is a circus every time you leave and return from Fiji is because you are so popular (and always up for a chat).
Rugby league is about redemption and second chances.
Reste s’il vous plait.

Lol. These are the same dopes that are writing and publishing all this rumour and speculation and now they have had enough of hearing about it. Not in the least bit hypocritical.
DT is an absolute gutter trash organisation.
I honestly think Semi's manager is behind most of these rumours about him leaving Parra. It would seem that the latest link to Toulon is a stunt to test Bernie Gurr. Fortunately BG kept his head and didn't over react.
Semi would be very wise to get a more switched on manager if he wants to be a successful sportsman. These rumours have done (almost) as much damage to his reputation as the DV allegations, and he now needs to let his sporting prowess do the talking.
I read this article and wondered whether or not to post it, especially as I read the first part from kent. but after the photo, strangely he seemed to have some conscience change to something of low sympathy to Parra, but it was just a pin prick as he went on.
The other one wasn't too bad, but in the two perspectives are some valid areas. One is hurt by many eels supporters who in the end want to see the end of the saga, while the other is, wanting Semi to get the whole thing resolved and stay at the club long term. Me, well I fit in the first camp as longing and wanting the saga to end, and also want him to stay long term at the eels.
Certainly I also thing a change in manager may help Semi a lot, but which one?
Pops, no doubt we would all love to see a total silence in regard to Semi and wait until next Feb before anything else. To answer what Nonna has asked can only be answered by the media junkets, and they as you well know love to have the drama issues at the forefront of things.
Interestingly though is the amount of these special reads that are not published in the Sydney media, rather that has been several of them recently that have been in the Courier Mail and not in the SMH. Why's that?
What an interesting thought Skippy.
Just leave it all alone and let it play out in the courts.
FFS man - you can't be serious - what would the Dunny Turd have to write about?
Parramatta will NEVER get a fresh start without some drama being dragged out of the home of the Dunny Turd (the sewer) so nothing is going to change.
First time Max or Bernie fart in a meeting it will be headlines - "Disgusting behaviour from the top at the Eels"
They won't even understand "from the top" would be a burp - not a fart - but hey - it will sell toilet paper.
BTW - did you know you can't use printed newspaper in the shitter anymore because it contains carcinogenics and other toxins?
Snake would be ok with his daily bleaching but the rest of us are in danger of rectal wrecking.
If this wasn't such a pathetic article it could be seen as funny.
The same guys who plaster the Eels over the front page - particularly the Semi dramas, are now fed up with their own BS.
Really when you look at this objectively it all comes down to Semi.
I said ages ago his dodgy manager is looking after numero uno and not his client.
Semi is a semi illiterate Islander being used for other people's advantage imo.
Now if Semi wants to go play Fwench Wugby - good luck to him and sayonara.
If he wants to play NRL then throw a contract at him NOW - subject to the outcome of his legal issues.
Max and Bernie need to sit down with the dodgy manager and let him know what is what at the Eels and how WE are going to have things - plus how quickly and how shaky his future as an NRL manager can become.
Tuesdays are turning into a nightmare lately mate.
Have travelled past on many occasions - either going to, or coming from RBWH.
