Might be time to put a broom through the place starting with the coach. The longest serving coach in the clubs history hasn't been able to bring home a premiership. Yes it's been hard especially given what happen in 2016 with the salary cap issues etc.., however that was 7 seasons ago. Making the GF last year bought him a few more seasons, that's all but to miss the finals this season, that's a poor effort.
Having Dylan out for so long as well as RCG hasn't helped, but you look at depth the Panthers and Broncos have, it's unmatched.
