Season Ticket Holders > Direct Debit

For next years season ticket holders if you are paying via direct debit, like me your payment would have automatically been deducted yesterday. I noticed all my junior memberships have been changed to concessional and therefor over charged $85 a ticket. If this has happened to me i am sure it has happened to others. Check that the amount you have been debited, whether you have junior memberships or not is correct. And dont forget to include the $50 deposit you paid earlier for each ticket.

  • I told them weeks ago, due to price hikes I couldn’t justify renewing. Last week I get a letter saying my tickets will be getting renewed. I couldn’t be bothered calling them to stop it, so now I unwillingly have season tickets for the family next year.  Grrrrr

  • They sent an email out re juniors, you needed to confirm birth dates as they have two age brackets for juniors.. they advised if you didn’t confirm dob they would be charged at the higher age bracket
    • I have given them DOB for all the juniors on my membership since the beginning of time. The DOB hasn’t changed for any of them. I can’t remember how many times I have given them the DOB.
      • I have a family ticket that’s 2adults and 2juniors  plus my consession ticket and was not asked for any ages for the juniors plus I have more than the 2 grandkids that I take as they take it in turns .the membership team know this and I have never been ask to supply ages

  • Why aren't the non tickited membership tiks in sale yet.?
  • My non-ticketed family memberships went from $190 to $520. I don’t understand this price rise and have cancelled our memberships. I’d imagine there will be many more country based members that will not renew.

    • I went from a QLD based GA membership the last two years to a full season Bronze membership and it only went up from $160 to $250.

  • I received an email, a text message alerting me to the email and a letter in the post. I would assume that all members received the same treatment.

This detailed the cost of tickets, the balance of monies owed and when it would be deducted from the account . I fail to see how anyone can be caught out
    • Yes got all that communication. I think the letter was the last thing I received with pricing. Received an email about 2 weeks ago, no prices, just a date when money would be deducted. Anyway all sorted now after an email or 2. Just wanted other members to be aware because who wants to pay extra for already highly inflated prices.
  • Interesting what/if any changes to Wanderers and Tigers
Membership fees compared to Parra the champion wooden spooners
