  • He had just made a similar comment on 2ue potentially chasing a center and shifting "someone" to fullback. Seems like an odd comment to make to me at such an early stage. Maybe a smoke screen? Also mentioned they found out at 2.00pm yesterday Hayne was leaving. 12 hours is along time in Rugby League, plenty of calls to managers etc can be made in that time.
    • 100% utah. why would they agree to the release knowing that all he is going to do is train for the next 8 months?

  • Well that means that Hoppa is destined to go to the fullback role.
It's a good thing we are chasing a centre - we are deathly pedestrian in that position.
  • Like I've said lock Hoppa in as our fullback. Are there any potential in the centres?
    • Phil, what would you do with corey at 5/8? i think we both know theres no future in him as a playmaker, wouldnt he be a better FB choice?

  • Hoppa to fb.
Izzy Folau to be announced shortly. - or a least a top line Centre.
  • Who said Falou won't join him at the NFL?
  • Any links to this interview?

  • Dane Neilson maybe?
  • Interesting Miatch!!!!
    I'll never trust anyone again

Yobz replied to Yobz's discussion 2026 Disrupter Rule - Why wasn't this a penalty to the Eels?
"If the purpose of the rule is to not have "one hand interfering with the opposition player", it should be worded as such."

SuperEel 22 replied to Yobz's discussion 2026 Disrupter Rule - Why wasn't this a penalty to the Eels?
"1. The rule is dumb and incredibly vague.
2. It's a coin toss decision
3. According to The Bunker in this game, basically making it look like you're going to go with 2 hands is good enough.
Can't wait for this stupid rule to ruin a rep/finals game."
