I'm not sure Arthur is the type of coach who 'hooks' players. It's pretty unprofessional. If you signed a player it's because you thought he could do a job. If you picked him in the 17 it's because you thought he was in your best 17 available players that week. To hook him shows no confidence in the player or yourself.
I reckon Vave was removed and not replaced because he picked up a niggling injury.
I thought it was BA playing games with the Broncs.
