Sandow's dreamtime walk-about.

The only time Chrissy plays well is when the whole team does. South's were on fire during that little period before we signed him hence so was Sandow. Being at the game today and having a wide scope he was in complete dreamtime (also last week) Players were looking to him to organise (something, anything) and work out which plays to run and he just pointed to someone else or to pass the ball to the other side of the ruck to Norman. At one point on a 5th tackle play Mannah yelled at him "Let us know what your doing!" Unfortunately I don't think Chris knows either. Every Titans player knew when a bomb was going up today, a kick to the corner or behind the line. It was obvious with their chase. Moving forward IMO he is just too hot and cold to resign even on a reduced contract.

*Side note to BA. If you can drop Tepai to Wenty for poor form, what does it take to drop Joseph Paulo? Beyond a joke why you persist with him, let alone resigned him.

A terrible game to be at today. Embarrassing walking out of the stadium, but I will be there again next home again cheering for the team I love.

  • Joseph Paulo was a pedestrian today hope can reunite with sticky in Canberra
  • Sandope proving once again why he never has or will play finals footy, when he's on he's great when he's off he's RMC standard.  I wouldn't re-sign the bloke.

    • Agreed AH but until a suitable replacement becomes available what r u going to do? Say we can't buy a good half by the time Sandows contract is up, what does the club do then?
  • Im a fan of Sandow but I think its time to go sorry but who replace him Kelly Haha

  • It's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys.

Sandow is not the problem here. He is one of the few we should be holding onto like grim death.

On a side note your blog title is pretty racist aye. Isn't that against the site's Code of Conduct?

    • A halfback who can't play to a structure or lead a team around the park is a problem, cannot stick to the game plan or be consistent with his game play or take the right options down the back end of a game is a problem.  Not to mention he is the biggest defensive liability in the game.  He should be moved on and Norman can team up with Foran next year AFAIK.

  • Can't  believe we have a half back problem when we provided the under 20s halves for the Australian and NZ teams all that long ago. Any other club can find a positive in that. Whatever the case Matterson and Docker-Clay can't do any worse than what we have right now.
