  This whole article is just an excuse to say that Foran has a clause on his contract which states he can walk at any time.
  
  Attention all media whores, he has until round 13 to even accept playing with the Eels. Forget the fact about what MAY be in his Eels contract - he hasn't even started here yet.
  
  The "get out clause" is called Round 13.

    Forans only option is to remain at Manly and has until rd 13 to do so. He is unable to field offers from other clubs unless there is that specific clause in his contract with Parramatta.

  There was a time when I was all for keeping Sandow but now that the Eels have signed Foran, we just don't have room for Chrissy.

  My preferred halves combination is Norman and Foran. Added to this the $500 odd k salary is too much to have tied up in a back up player. We can better use this money to target some speedsters or target a gun fullback.

  I'd love to see Matterson and Foran with Norman at fullback.
  I reckon put a young bloke with potential with Foran and let him learn.
