I've been criticised BA alot over the years and will continue to no doubt but one thing no one can be critical of is his ability to turn take some fringe players and turn them into 1st graders.
I use Ice and Marata as examples then you add players like Mau, Edwards, Makatoa, Sivo, Gutho, Davey as examples in refusing to pay overs and follow the moneyball approch they must believe they can do it again.
Looking outside in players like Rodwell and Grieg look like BA type of players Stone is coming along nicely so to Oregon.
I'll be critical of BAs tactics and team selections but I have faith that another diamond in the rough player is coming again soon

Corey harawira nira( spelling?? ). I've always found him dangerous. Leaving the dogs 2022. Despite off field stupidity which hopefully has passed, corey could be a good step in for ice. Loves the offload, good mungrel.
The other way to look at it is we keep finding diamonds in the rough, get them playing like star players then low ball them and allow them to leave to strengthen opposition clubs rosters while weakening ours.
We then waste more years finding the next diamond in the rough for the same thing to happen again.
It's a vicious cycle that will lead to many more years of being in the premiership wilderness.
It's a good strategy if we get to keep them that extra year on fuck all money IF the guys we are paying the huge money to are earning it. It's not good if you're spines on huge money but can't break the line or pull a win out of their arses.
Brad also did pretty good with a bloke named Seni Radradra .
