This season is starting to quickly unravel. It is clear that something is very wrong but you can be sure that even if the losses continue to mount, the board will not move against BA for some time and will adopt a 'wait and see' approach. Nathan Cayless, however, needs to be removed immediately. Wenty is supposed to support the NRL squad with ready made replacements if needed but they are disgraceful at the moment with their performances. They are truly awful. Sacking Cayless would put everyone on notice that such poor showings will not be tolerated. It would also show that the club is prepared to turn against its own former players in the pursuit of success and that it does have some level of professionalism. Cayless should never have been hired in the first place and was yet another example of the club taking the easy option by giving the job to the first person they see. It may not have an immediate impact on the NRL team, but it would be a step in the right direction at the very least.

Cayless needs to be sacked tomorrow, should never have been hired.
If he cares about Wenty or the club he would step down, he is an embarrassment.
When does BA's contract end? He will be safe until then as they will not want to lose money on pay another pay out.
Cayless should not have been retained as coach of Wenty. Jobs for the Boys. They are a rabble Wenty with zero game plan.
