  You will get reinstated if you go to the Industrial Relations Court.  Employees have done a lot worse and been reinstated.  At worse you should have been counselled.

    I was contracted through a recruitment agency, there for just under 6 months and not part of a union. They asked if we are at the start and now I know why.

    Consider yourself lucky you were only sacked . If a white cunt called his black cunt boss a black cunt he'd likely be facing 10 years in prison or at least a front page article in the Daily Terrorgraph as the face of Australia's racism problems .

    Are you a blackfella Pou? I played 1 game with the Redfern All Blacks and the rest of the team used to call me a white c.... all the time. There were a coupla fella's a lot whiter than me in the team though!
