Sacked coach usually leads to a win?

I hate to say it, but how often does a team turn around after their coach is sacked and win.. it would be interesting to see what the stats are because it seems to happen a lot.

  • Daily telegraph ran a story on this earlier in the year and the statistics suggest otherwise

    • That article defiantly shows that teams step up after their coach is sacked. I didn't count them, but the win/loss ratio seems to be close to 50/50
    • Yeah true, it's still pretty significant as these teams had been losing games prior to the coach being sacked.
  • remember when we sacked Sk, then we beat the storm.
    Hindy scored the winner
  • Neil Henry won't be getting sacked before Thursday so we won't have to worry
If anything it's a good thing for us we should pump this team on Thursday
  • it showed at the bottom 10 wins 14 losses. I think because its normally teams in complete turmoil that we tend to remember the wins more

  • Sacked coach and everyone bagging Hayne... we will be in trouble this Thursday night.
  • He's not getting sacked till after the game it has been stated soooooo.... Blog closed??

  • Its not the sack coach wins the coach who replace him win hes game
    • I can't believe I'm saying this but you are spot on Paul!!!!!!
