The board have no other choice , his jobs become untenable.
Just watched the whole game again, Lane was unbelievable , stood out even more the second time around. He won us that game 10 times over . He was the difference in defence in that last 10 mins . Amaizing effort worthy of the 3,2 and the 1 . Nobody else compared .
He has earned himself an Aussie test jumper for the world cup I reckon.
They looked more tired than us.

I were listening to the game on the radio from England. When it got to 20-12 , I thought "we are in huge trouble here" even though the clock had around 20 minutes to go. Somehow we did it though and pulled off one of the biggest upsets in the NRL era in terms of finals.
