The key part of your comment is, ( his management ). It's no coincidence that most of the clubs who have been reported to be after Blaize have their head coach and several players managed by the same manager as Blaize. This manager has the ability to demand overs for his players by threatening that he will encourage other players to leave. The smarter clubs have little to do with him, some refuse to deal with him at all.
Good first move but a lot more is needed.
Hopefully he is already tapping guys on the shoulder telling them they are free to look elsewhere. That along with identifying who the club needs to recruit. The Eels can't afford to go another season with the same to find out a number of pl;ayer changes are needed.
