Joash Papalii is the new fullback with Isaiah Iongi (ankle) sidelined. Charlie Guymer joins the bench to fill the void left by Matt Doorey (ACL). Veteran prop Jack de Belin has been added to the six-man bench along with fullback Apa Twidle, who bagged four tries in NSW Cup last week.

Jack Williams will have a busy game
Well he does play on the edge and in the middle
That is true mate 🤣
Ron. Im Happy for Apa Twidle. Great job his first time named.
Still starting Walker at lock 🤣🤣
Tigers will be confident
As they should be. Honestly I'm not sure why we are favourites. Though this is a trend, Tigers usually start seasons well, then hit around round 9-10 and fall apart, pick up around round 20 then finish rubbish.
If there is one thing about Wests that's different is their defence.
Love that Apa is making his way in slowly. If only his defence was up to scratch.
Ryles not bold enough to play Junior at lock as what he had played for Samoa? Walker's effectiveness seems lessen when he starts. Hopefully they play well and beat the Tigers who appears to be getting in good form and confident after beating Warriors at home.
Yeah would have liked to see Jr start at lock seeing as his metre eating days have long past him, use his hit and spin to attract a few defenders, and a little ball playing with the occasional hard straight runs. Also swap Morretti for Teacum in the middle.
