Complete crap by the ref. The Storm still holding onto the tackled man. I've counted 4 times the Pennies should have had 6 again but the ref turned a blind eye. Hughes and Smith are taking the piss.

Glad I didnt see the game; I can't watch them (Melb) play tbh except when we play them...the game has been allowed to get like this. The refs are to blame as they stop policing various rules and the NRL keeps changing things each year......

Melbourne really missed Papenhuyzen massively. They bombed a bunch of tries that they definitely would have scored with him there.
Melbourne are a great side still but the shine is definitely coming off them. They're no longer a star studded line up. Gennings is a massive liability on that wing. Horrible finisher. Apart from NAS their bench is pretty ordinary too.

Yeh I realise. It was pretty poor form. He's being held up by both arms, he's going absolutely nowhere, his back and sides are completely exposed and Leniu goes in really hard with the point of the shoulder right into the short ribs. It would have hurt like hell and probably still does. It was legal but it was a cheap shot.
