If we want to make it into the second round of the finals we'll need to win this game against the Raiders who are coming 12th from memory. Good team and hopefully we can utilise the size and skill of our backline more this week.
Can't wait for Moeroa and Tepai Tepu-Smith to come back into this team, those two could be the difference in winning the Grand Final and not getting in at all.

I thought we were okay without being fantastic and a lot of our players were far from their best. The wind was a major factor in the game and it was much stronger in the NYC than it was in first grade as you could see on TV with all the kicks. When watching the game at the ground I certainly didn't see that sort of tactic but when watching it on tele you could see Matto was favouring the pass to Pauli rather than hitting Goodall. I think when we get Tepai Tepu-Smith, and Tepai Moeroa back this team could win the comp they are that strong.
Davis was definitely much stronger at fullback against the Knights than he has been in the previous times he's been there and I gave him a wrap in Forty's live update blog. I think it's the best position for him as he's able to pass to both sides of the field and can really hone in on that passing aspect which will help him in the future at centre.
