  • Probably the best with who we have, but I would of left Simmo at centre.

We have lost our last 5 matches with Gee as ref (last win R13 2021), but have won 15 of 29 in total with him as ref.

  • I just dont get the davy love, i really dont. Asi is an interesting selection!

    • Totally agree mate Davey brings nothing unfortunately

      • Who would you put at left edge?

        • Id leave matto there

          • Ever notice we always seem to have defensive issues with the edge matto plays on when he plays edge?, he tends to push into the middle and doesn't push out hard enough when needed. Leave him in the middle, he plays better off the bench too.

    • He's reliable and Matto is used best off the bench. With Lane out you could start Matto but then he can't come on to play in the middle after 20-25 minutes. Our other backrow options would be Murchie or Momoisea, neither of which were great when in first grade this year. Don't forget Doorey is injured as well.

    • He's a good line runner with the ability to offload.

  • The question is how will Asi defend one in ? Attack wise i think he will do well, scored 3 tries in nsw cup.  I don't mind this

  • Shuffling deck chairs on the titanic Simmo has never been reliable on the wing but he is an option I think Asi is better suited to centre but his defence is a issue.

Forward pack is good and 2 hooker rotation is a positive
