I assume there's some game playing going on here in terms of giving him what he wants so he has to ask for a release instead of giving him ammo to agitate for one, that way the Tigers can ask for Perth to give some kind of transfer fee.
Having a player throw a massive tantrum only to then immediately give into them is a terrible look though.
