The Pirtek Parramatta Eels will take on the Bulldogs in the Bandaged Bear Cup this Friday night at ANZ Stadium as both teams attempt to keep their finals hopes alive.
The Eels will nearly be full-strength for the clash, which will honour the tireless staff and volunteers from The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
Parramatta coach Daniel Anderson believes the Bulldogs will be hungry for a victory over the Eels who have now won two in a row.
“Both teams are outside the top eight and therefore striving to put ourselves in a position to be playing football in September,” Anderson said.

Pat O'Hanlon has been put into the Wenty side. He's obviously very close to making his debut.
And that has opened up a spot in second row for NYC for our new Australian schoolboy Matthew Eisenhuth. Eisenhuth and Jennings both back from successful Schoolboys carnival, as is Jason Wehbe but Cameron Picker has held his spot in front of Wehbe.
I played a few games with Ryan grwing up and he was always solid had a good step but I never thought footy would take hime this far to the NYC and I think he even got a game with Wenty earlier in the year as well. Credit to him that he knuckled down and realised his potential.
He almost scored an outrageous solo try on the weekend from about 20 metres out he cut in from the wing stepped literally half a dozen blokes ran over the fullback then dropped the ball cold over the line, his right foot could open up a can of beans.
The club must really rate this young crop of players (SG ball step ups) and from what I have seen its very hard to argue with them. I just feel sorry for some of the older boys however such as Morgan who must feel shunted realising their chance to crack the big time is thinning.
The team has changed a bloody lot since round 1.

Also cant wait to see him running and seeing defenders running backwards waiting to see if he dummies, shimmies or draws em in for Burt. Best one one one attacker in the game......well with Hayne.
Go get em T !
