NOTE: Sean Russell has not been dropped. He has picked up a quad strain. Set to miss 4 weeks.
Not sure why we are giving him a go anyway, decided to leave. Nanva played soundly before being dropped, it was time to look to the future a month ago
We could only play nanva before because we had so many backs unavailable, now it's after June 30 we can play him. Maybe he was elevated to a top 30 contract as well.
Better now to leave him in 1st grade regardless. Even if we do sign someone he'll be one of our, if not the first back up.. better to leave Russell in the 19.
More injuries 😔
Thanks lurker. Hope araz kicks off where he left off.
Fletcher has been named to make his NSW cup debut with Twiddle not listed in the team. Fletcher returned from injury last week in JF where he played the first half only. That was his first game back since SG ball 28th of March
Twiddle is also injured again.
That's a vow of confidence. Good on the lad.
I hope Parramatta make Fletcher their project player. I think he will be the best back we've developed for a long time
