  • I hope Mahoney is actually good to go this week, if we're ever going to play ourselves into a bit of confidence it's this game against the Broncos.

    • I agree. Haas is not there in the middle, so its a real opportunity for us to practice our attacking game plan. We should be going straight down the middle and generate quick play the balls, and then go out wide for the set plays as long as Moses decides to run the ball and be direct.

  • If the Eels can't rumble through this Broncos forward pack at will then we have no chance this year. This game is ripe for the taking. Lots of go forward, be patient, the points will come.

  • Stone is due back finals week one after suffering a thumb injury.

  • I would love to see one of the wingers rested and Haze given a run.

    • I would love to see Sivo dropped. Lacks involvement and defence is horrible. At least Fergo still gets invovled, however last week he was a bit lazy. Dropping balls, not getting back for 40/20, etc.

  • This is our chance for a tune up. The Broncos are so short on players they have a backrower at prop and a centre on the bench.

    • Let's not be so arrogant and call this game a tune up Super. The Broncs might break their duck on Friday night given the way we played the last 6 weeks.

  • What a terrible bench

I would guess that the Eels can win 70% of games when Moses is playing. If Moses can play something like 20 games that would = approximately 14 wins plus 3 byes = 34 points.
That betting market you posted is pretty ordinary (value wise). Good…"
