What a load of crap. Refs are pathetic! Ruined a exciting ending to a game jst because a player got injured. I feel for Chee Kam but that was a football play in a contact sport.
I honestly feel Ponga went for him 100% after seeing the replay a couple times. He didn't go for the ball. Just took out the man. I'm sure Chee Kam doesn't know what day it is or what he had for dinner last night.
At minimum it was a deliberate attempt by Ponga to put the South’s player out of the play .Good call by ref .
Ponga had deliberate contact with a player nowhere near the ball no excuse. Two Knights players continue to run with their elbows up same as Burgess clan. I can't understand why this deliberate play is allowed to happen. Gower and Corey Thompson are the two most underrated players in Nrl.
