After making his return from a hamstring injury through NSW Cup last week, Jonah Pezet comes in for his first NRL game since Round 5, taking over at halfback for Mitch Moses. That is the only change to the squad that went down to the Rabbitohs in Round 17.

Really not many changes he can make to the side atm. I'd prefer Joash at 6. Ryley at 9 but that's about it.

  Yeah unsure why Ryley isn't starting 9 with TDS off pine. Maybe Edwards lock and JDB at prop. Moretti off bench. Different look

  Agree Darren, I thought we were locked in 28/30 and needed to sign someone mid year or upgrade a few young blokes to be compliant by 30/5/2026. ZERO confidence about this week. Volkman is limited and PEZET will bring a kicking game but that is all IMO.

    I actually question Pezet's kicking game PT, he has not got any distance, maybe his short kicks are an opportunity, but it seems to me that his selection offers little for us.

  Not saying it's acceptable but who do you bring in Darren? Smith perhaps? Twidle maybe? But not much else.

    My thinking is if Smih is on the bench his good to go, start him. DE begin offers nothing in th 13, put him in the 10 and Williams to left back row.
