That's the strongest side we have.
I like Davey over Kaufusi but seeing as both Lane and Matto are 80 minute edge forwards there really is no need for another edge forward on the bench when you consider Niukore can play both middle and edge.
Kafusi is the future of the club. I doubt he will be interested being on the sideline considering how young are team is, so he would think that he has no future with the club than.
WTF are you on about ?
My bad. I realised how unclear I was lmao. So Kafusi is the future of our foward pack. So he would expect a bench spot atleast so he gets experience, gametime, etc. If he doesn't get a bench spot than he would question his future at the club. RCG and Paulo are both quite young and have plenty of rugby left, so will be a main stay in our starting line up for years to come. Hence, if Kafusi cannot even get a bench spot in eels he would have to consider joining another club cause he would feel he is not chance of cementing a spot in our foward pack considering the fowards better than him (Paulo, RCG, Marata) are not even near retirement or leaving parra.
I would assume that BA has had these conversations with him. I doubt there is any confusion in his place in the pecking order. He’s still young, he’s got plenty of time to make his mark.
I agree about Marata. He has been our best bench foward this year by far. He could be in the starting line up for many team. His leg drive is crazy.
You have to reward effort, Davey has out played Kaufusi in my opinion. I need to see more from Kaufusi before I start calling him the future of our club.
Prior to his broken hand, everyone was praising Kafusi. Saying he was bending back opponents defensive line, offloading the ball and solid in defence. Now when he drops the ball twice, everyone is calling for him to be the one dropped. Everyone here is guilty of attacking our players after just one poor game. Its happened to Lane, D Brown, Sivo, Fergo, Blake, Mahoney. Just calm down everyone.
BA has the young players taking their time in getting NRL time, Kafusi ATM is only 20 but turns 21 this month, he's been in the top grade a few times over the past couple of years, still a lot of time for him to develop into a quality prop. The Sharks game was not an ideal one for him to show what he is capable of and the 2 dropped balls were not great but was he the only player to do so, in either team? saw more errors then on both sides by more experienced players than Oregon.
