Rory O'Brien an Interesting signing

This guy played NYC for dragons in 2009 and then gave up rugby league until 2013 where he earned NSW country player of the year.

Within two seasons back in the game he made his NRL debut this year.

At 6ft 5inches and 126kg, I'm interested to see how this guy will go.

  • Not much on him. If Drags letting him go I don't think he is much of a player.

  • Anybody know why he quit the game in 2009?

Looks like hes only ever played 3 games of first grade in 7 years ?

No skin off our back signing him, its only for a year and doubt he will be anything more than a wenty signing.

    • Very good Ron. I'm going to use that if it's sweet with you.
  • I like these sort of signings - no point in signing proven plodders - with a bloke like this you just never know....

  • Trim him down a bit and he wouldn't look too bad providing impact off Wenty's bench. He's probably a little bit better than what we have in the forward pack for Wenty this week.

  • All I can say is that the dragons have 0 front rowers and he still can't even crack the 17 each week. Enough said.
    • Could they possibly have a second tier problem like we do?

    • If he started there at the start of the year how come he is not there now... Nothing to do with second tier.
    • Álvaro & Terepo should be starting props for wenty
  • All I can say wenty have a good side next year big pack to

"Agree. He was giving to Reed who clearly hates the Eels and Reed has no idea what he's talking about. "
