    Agree 100%. A points based system IS the only fool proof way to manage the cap, its just too easy to hide payments and rort TPAs. Its impossible to hide players.

    If this is true, which I hope it is, nothing will be done. At worst, they will get a fine and nobody will be forced to leave. They made us let players go which seems like yet another double standard and unfair treatment of the eels.
